How I make my living: I am an entrepreneur of sorts. I own The Furniture Works, a furniture retail store, and All Pro Furniture Finishing, a furniture refinishing shop. I have major expansion plans for both over the next while.

Family: Married with three kids; a daughter 23, one son 22 and another son 20.

Favourite Movie: Terminators 1, 2, 3, and all future "T" sequels.

First Album I Ever Bought: Three Dog Night's self-titled first album, 1969

Favourite Music: My tastes are extremely wide ranging. Some would be surprised at what I listen to. Ever heard of didgeridoo trance?? Yup. It's "out there", in more ways than one!

Favourite Website: Anything skating related, but http://www.crisc.com sort of tops the list.

Favourite Pet Peeve: It used to be computers, but since switching to a Mac, my computer related peeves are restricted to PC's, and I have MANY of those - peeves, not PC's. I still cringe when Leah grabs the stop watch!

Musical Instruments: I have recently taken up the didgeridoo. I am extremely musically challenged and the didge requires no musical talent whatsoever!

Favourite Relaxation Activity or Hobby: Skating - duh! And of course playing the didgeridoo and actually sounding like I might know what I'm doing even though I no nothing about making music!

Thing I Find Most Intimidating: The many very young very talented skaters in our club. Newly coated roller rink floors which were in the past my great fear are now my friend.

Favourite Quote: "To roll is to live… To roll is to die for!" This is my personal motto which as you all know, I have tried to live by once or twice!

If I was a rapper, my rap name would be: Skating Junky. However I really HATE rap (except for four songs).

Tattoo: I will NEVER EVER get a tattoo!! He's a liar I've seen it. (T.C.)

Famous person I would least like to be stranded on a desert island with: There are many!

I like to collect: Die cast metal Jeeps (I have close to 200 now after 20 years of collecting, Daffy Duck stuff ( he is the depiction of my inner self), and stuff from the 50's, the era of which I am a child.

Skating Goal: Survive! And beat my best lap time.

Equipment: Lugino Challenge boots atop Vision 4x90 frames and Matter wheels. Soon to be replaced by a 3x100/1x90 setup.

Best Lap Time: 12.12 seconds. And no, Leah was NOT operating the stop watch, so it's riteous! (sorry Leah)

My skating career highlight is: Beating Americans and losing to the Herbinator! Also being involved in the two biggest indoor pileups our club has experienced. I missed the outdoor one thankfully..

Pets: A Maltese named Rambo, a Maltese/Bijon/Highland cross named Gibson, a Cockatiel named Herbie, and a rabbit.
